Hidden Talent Night

Many people in our congregation have a hidden talent and are willing to share that talent with you!   Once a month on a Thursday evening will be a ‘class’ instructed by one of our talented PLC members with their ‘Hidden Talent’.  It could be ‘flower arranging’, ‘cooking’, ‘card making’, ‘stenciling’, ‘home repair’, ‘interior decorating’ .. and the list goes on! Every month will be a different talent / skill / project!

Here’s how it works:  There is a sign-up sheet for ‘Hidden Talent’ Night on the narthex bulletin board with class date, time, possible cost (covering supplies for that evening’s class, if needed), and deadline of signing up.  YOU just show up on that particular Thursday night to learn about a ‘Hidden Talent’ (just sign up before the deadline date).

Resurrection (Adult contemporary band)

Why should the kids have all the fun?!

Resurrection performs during worship services a few times throughout the year and rehearses Monday evenings from 6:00 – 7:00pm in the Sanctuary.

 

 

JuBELLation

An adult hand bell choir performs several times throughout the year.  Director Sherry Johnson rehearses with JuBELLation on Wednesday evenings 5:30-6:30pm.  It’s quite a juBELLant group!

 

Senior Lunch Bunch

This once-a-month-on-a-Tuesday group is a group for “seniors” in our community. Everyone over the age of 60 is welcome, whether you’ve attended before or not.  Sign ups are in the narthex!  Come for a potluck lunch and socializing … and more!
